Ciscua Team brings students together to the Solar Decathlon competition and seeks to express their vision of harmonizing nature and technology using the human fingerprint as a symbol of our impact on the environment. As a designer my goal was to feature a home with a leaf pattern intertwined with a fingerprint motif, using green to represent nature and gray for technology. This simple yet effective concept resonates with audiences, emphasizing the connection between innovation and the natural world. The Solar Decathlon unites students worldwide to design and build high-performance, low-carbon buildings that address climate change while improving quality of life through affordability, resilience, smart solutions, and energy efficiency.
